Frequently asked questions

The average airport transfer time is approximately 90 minutes.
From Port Douglas we recommend a pick-up window of 1.5 hours before the time that you wish to arrive at the airport due to the unpredictable nature of roadworks and traffic conditions on the Captain Cook highway.
This ensures that you reach the airport comfortably and on time.

For international flights, we require 4 hours in our pick-up times to account for potential variations in travel requirements.

Once you receive a booking confirmation upon payment of your transfer, there is no need to make multiple check-ins.
We will text you the day before your booking to confirm pickup time / location and a simple text reply is all that is required from you.
If you need to contact us on the day of your departure for any emergency / updates, please use your booking reference number when calling.

Upon your arrival at Cairns Airport, your private driver will be waiting for you at carousel 1 with a personalized sign displaying your name.

Your driver will track your flight in real-time, and they will be there to pick you up at the airport, regardless of any delays.
You don't have to contact us to inform about the changes in your flight schedule (unless your actual flight has been cancelled and you are re-routed).
Waiting Time: A 30-minute grace period is included for domestic flights and 1 hour grace period for international flights.

Prices do not include Daintree Ferry fees nor entry into theme parks or other tourist attractions.

We offer rear-facing or front-facing baby seats or booster seats at no extra charge.
To ensure we have the suitable seats ready for your journey, mention your requirement for baby seats in the Booking Request form.

No, sorry, Queensland Transport regulations preclude the carriage of animals in hire vehicles.
